This is a list of our Guild workshops (for members only) for 2012. Unless otherwise stated, each workshop requires PRE-registration of $5.00. If you sign up and cannot attend on the scheduled date, please notify Cathi Jamison.
February – Wednesday, 2/8; Cathi Jamison; 10:00-2:00 - MINI SCRAPBOOKS. March – Tuesday, 3/27; Carolyn Wyss; 10:00-3:00 – Sweatshirt Project
April – Tuesday, 4/10; Karen Cappe; 10:00-1:00 – Paper Piecing
May – Wednesday, 5/9; Denise Waymire; 10:00-1:00 – Making Storage Bags for our quilts and information on storing our quilts appropriately.
June – Mondays (2 consecutive) 6/18 AND 6/25; Jean Vangunten; 10:00-1:00 – Quilting a Quilt AND THEN Appliquéing the Quilt. BONUS – Two days;ONE FEE.
July – Friday, 7/13; Pat Parrott; 10:00-1:00 – Printer Quilt Labels
August – Thursday, 8/16; Fay Andrews; 10:00-3:00 – Petite Bears. ***There will be a required kit provided at an additional cost of $10 or less per participant. This kit MUST be paid for at PRE-registeration.
September – Guild Retreat; so no workshop.
October – Monday, 10/8; Jay Neary; 10:00-3:00 – Three Quick Quilts
November – Monday, 11/5; (1st of Two) Cathi Jamison; 10:00-1:00 –Making TWO Quilts from ONE Set of Fabrics! Using strips cut into Triangles. Attend two workshops (Nov. and Dec.) for one fee.
December – Tuesday, 12/4; Cathi Jamison; 10:00-1:00 – More Fun then you’ve had in a LONG Time/Playing with the blocks you made from last month’s workshop. FREE But you had to have attended in November!
